This aspect requires developing a wide range of new designs to attract high-end clients, investing in promotional and marketing actions, and eventually developing a brand identity. Typically, in the high-end jewellery market, this means paying for a PR partner to promote stories in the press and hiring a company to find potential wholesale or retail outlets. It may also mean buying space at specific events such as the New York or Paris Fashion Weeks. The Zindagi Now project envisages obtaining the resources to contribute to these activities.
